Zlatý BažantDark Yeast

Feast through whole winter with a beer of outstanding caramel scent with delicate fruit note, rich creamy foam and full taste.

The Zlatý Bažant Dark Yeast beer is made according to the original recipe from water, wheat malt, four barley malts – light, caramel, Bavarian and colour and from Saaz hops.  With its recipe it picks up on the equally named beer special from 2011 but when brewing this year´s delicacy, the master brewers used also wheat malt that added mild richness to this beer. The result is an exclusive dark beer of 13,9% degrees with outstanding caramel scent, rich creamy foam and full taste.

Banana and light fruit tones dominate in the Zlatý Bažant Dark Yeast beer. The typical mild turbidity comes from ale yeasts of top fermentation that were exclusively used for this beer. The special Zlatý Bažant Dark Yeast beer will be available during this winter solely as draught beer in selected  pubs, bars and restaurants throughout Slovakia.
